Our policy is 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Currently, due to the COVID19 crisis, some orders may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for this.

We do our best to ensure that our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible.

In any case, if you do not receive the item within 40 days, we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.


To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products intended for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is given:
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request.
If your order is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.

Late or Lost Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued.

Items for sale
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale are not refundable.

Exchanges
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If, in this case, you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@stunning-beauty.com 

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send you a refund and you will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send an email to:

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you send an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
